This ToS overrides any client ToS, and is subject to changes without warning. Check back often to stay up to date.

The Artist does not work first-come-first-served. Commissions with deadlines take priority. Please state up front if there is a deadline, minimum two weeks in advance.

Purchasing a commission does not grant the client copyright of the completed work; the prices are for the Artist's skill and time.

No NFTs shall be minted of, nor any AI or machine learning trained on, the Artist's work, now or ever.

Should the client choose to adjust/change commissioned work through the use of ML/AI or derived technologies, or create derivatives of commissioned work through the use of ML/AI or derived technologies, this will be considered an automatic purchase of exclusive rights, and the client will be charged the standard fee per art piece. Please inquire about this exact fee in advance.

All commissioned work will be signed and watermarked; removal/alteration of signature and/or watermark via any method will result in a permanent ban from commissioning the Artist.

Commission work may be used as examples or showcase pieces. Please state if a piece is not to be made public.

I do not permit (re)uploads to DeviantART, FurAffinity, Tumblr, or Twitter, except by expressed permission granted to the Client. I do not permit uploads to Derpibooru/its sister sites; I do not wish to be associated with them.

Aggressive, offensive, or overly argumentative behavior will result in a cessation or denial of service, and may result in a permanent ban.

The Artist determines the final price. All payments are in USD, handled via PayPal Invoice.

The Client fills out the provided form to open commission discussion.

The Artist sends an invoice once all details and pricing have been finalized. Multiple edits may incur additional fees after the initial invoice has been paid.

The Artist does not start on a commission until the invoice is paid in full. Payment plans may be negotiated.

Progress shots will be provided at the sketch, line, and color stages.

Major alterations and edits MUST be addressed at the Sketch stage. Only minor adjustments to linework and colors (up to 4 changes) are permitted after the Line stage.

Either Artist or Client may cancel a commission at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.

Refunds are issued based on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

No refunds or discounts will be retroactively given on completed works.

Cancelled/Refunded partial works may be repurposed into YCH or personal works with no semblance of the original subject remaining; the Client reserves no rights to cancelled/refunded work.

I reserve all rights and retain copyright to my work. I do not claim rights to the characters depicted.

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time for any or no reason.

I may advise a more befitting commission type for the Client's idea(s).

I post all completed artwork to my personal art page (ZenDoes.Art) and my accounts on DeviantART, Tumblr, FurAffinity, and Twitter; unless requested otherwise.

I only work on business artwork and respond to emails, DMs, or Chats on Monday-Friday.

I do not accept responsibility for lost commissions after final delivery.

The Client may resize, crop, or edit the artwork for personal, non-commercial use with proper credit/attribution.

The Client may not profit from the artwork in any way, unless previously agreed upon in writing.

The Client may NOT mint nor sell NFTs of, nor train AI/machine learning on, commissioned work.

The Client must provide all necessary information for the commission to the Artist, either up front or via further discussion.

The Client is responsible for saving their commission separately.

Complex designs and settings may incur additional fees. (E.g., full armor, multiple types of markings, interior settings with furnishings, multiple props)

Additional characters add 50% of the listed base price to the final total.

Backgrounds and extras are priced as follows:

Windowed Settings: +$15

Full Page Settings: +$30

Complex Background*: +$35

Added Prop Fee: +$15-20

Armor Fee: +$35
